Editorial board
The editorial board oversees line and quality. Composition is public and revisable. Changes are announced in the Logbook.

Independence & funding
No state, party, sovereign fund, or defense industry funds the institute. Revenue comes from subscriptions, sponsored research, and premium briefings. See Method for details.
